Refund Eligibility for Online Courses

If you meet the following criteria, you may be eligible for a refund:

• Unused Courses:
  • You have not attempted a test or exam, been issued a certificate, or completed the course.
  • You must submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase.
• Required Documentation:
  • Provide proof of purchase and a brief explanation for your refund request.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

• Failure to Pass Course Requirements:
  • Inability to pass quizzes, the final exam, or other course assessments within the allotted attempts, as outlined in the course guidelines.

• Processed Records:
  • Refunds will not be granted for driving records once the record request has been processed.
