Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment and can be requested via phone or email.
Refund Eligibility for Online Courses
If you meet the following criteria, you may be eligible for a refund:
- Unused Courses:
- You have not attempted a test or exam, been issued a certificate, or completed the course.
- You must submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase.
- Required Documentation:
- Provide proof of purchase and a brief explanation for your refund request.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
- Failure to Pass Course Requirements:
- Inability to pass quizzes, the final exam, or other course assessments within the allotted attempts, as outlined in the course guidelines.
- Identity Validation Failures:
- Inability to meet identity verification requirements (e.g., biometrics, security questions, or other methods, as per course guidelines).
- Course Expiration:
- Failure to complete the course within the designated time frame, as specified in the course guidelines.
- Expedited Services:
- Expedited processing or mailing of certificates where the service has been fulfilled as requested and on time.
- Processed Records:
- Refunds will not be granted for driving records once the record request has been processed.
